Warranty & Returns


 Refund/Exchange Policy 

Warranty coverage expires 30 days after receipt of the item, claims will only be processed if the merchandise is within the warranty period no exceptions.  We do not cover the cost of shipment for a warranty return, or any type of return.  We do not accept returns if a product is non-defective and functional, such as for any minor aesthetic reasons. If your product is received and appears to be dead upon arrival or if your item is completely missing from your shipment, you have 7 days to contact Ecig customer service.

Issues covered by warranty:

  • Device arrives malfunctioning
  • Device arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival)

 Issues not covered by warranty:

  • Cosmetic issues such as: Paint, Leakage, Tanks not sitting flush.
  • Any damage caused by the customer while using the device.

 Items not covered by warranty:

  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • Any e-Liquid
  • Coils
  • Batteries

Wrong items ordered
If you purchase the wrong item(s) ecig.com you may email into [email protected], call in to the support line, or chat with a live representative for returning the item.  Depending on the item(s) of a return you may or may not be approved for a return. If you are approved for a return it would be a 15% restocking fee on the item(s) minus the shipping cost which is non-refundable. 

Items non-returnable:

  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • Any e-Liquid
  • Coils
  • Batteries

Any issues not covered by our warranty will be resolved by the manufacturer.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of notification of approval of return.

Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also email you with troubleshooting steps in an attempt to save you the time of returning the items.

If an item returned is deemed to be in working condition and not defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the item to return it to you.

You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. For example, if you received free shipping, but it cost us $5.99 to ship the product to you, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund. This may be higher or lower depending on the weight. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

If you find you need to return the product, please read the following:

  • If you receive a damaged product in your shipment, please take pictures of product, shipping box etc and email them to [email protected] immediately. After the pictures are sent customer support will contact you about getting the product replaced.
  • If you received the wrong product please take pictures of the incorrect product and email with your order information to [email protected] You do have the option to purchase the product at a 15% discount or ship the product back to us; we will refund shipping and send the correct product out.
  • When returning product please include all product components such as product packaging, manuals, charging cords, cases, wicks, replacement glass etc. Failure to send all pieces of product back will result in a delay for a resolution to the issue.
  • Once you have received authorization from an Ecig representative to return the product please be sure to include order number and RMA/ticket number in or on the shipping box. Lacking this information can cause delays in processing your package.
